Heavy – load-bearing functional parts
Very heavy – high-load parts and fixtures
Very heavy – consider more walls instead
Solid – maximum strength, sealing or machining stock

The detail

Rubber parts, without the rubber tooling

Custom rubber components traditionally mean compression moulds and eye-watering setup costs. TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) changes that: we print flexible parts directly from your CAD file, so a one-off custom gasket is no longer absurd — it’s a £25 order.

Our TPU is Shore 90A: firm-flexible, like a skateboard wheel or a sturdy phone case. It grips, damps vibration, seals against surfaces, and takes impacts that would shatter rigid plastics.

💧

Seals & gaskets

Custom profiles for enclosures and housings — compressible where it counts.

🛡️

Bumpers & covers

Protective edges, corner guards, and sleeves that absorb the knocks your product will take.

Grips & feet

Non-slip machine feet, handle overmoulds, and tactile grips shaped to your product.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How flexible is Shore 90A TPU?

Think skateboard wheel or firm phone case: it flexes and compresses under hand pressure and returns to shape, but holds structure. Thin-walled designs flex more; solid sections are firmer.

Are printed TPU parts watertight?

Printed TPU compresses well as a gasket against mating surfaces. For parts that must themselves hold pressure, wall thickness and print settings matter — tell us the application and we’ll advise honestly.

Can TPU parts handle oil and chemicals?

TPU has good resistance to oils and greases — better than most common rubbers for abrasion too. For contact with specific chemicals, ask and we’ll check compatibility before you order.

What design rules apply to flexible parts?

Flexible parts like generous wall thicknesses and gentle transitions; ultra-fine features can be floppy. Upload your model and our printability check will flag anything that needs a tweak.
