The detail

Made-to-order, not made-to-compromise

Off-the-shelf almost fits. The old part is discontinued. The commercial version costs ten times what it should. Custom printing exists for exactly these moments — a part designed for your exact job, printed once, or as many times as you need it.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can you print just one part?

Yes — one-offs are a huge part of what we do. The minimum order value is £25, and a single part often comes in at or near that.

I don’t have a 3D model. Can you still help?

We’re a print service rather than a design bureau, but we can recommend routes to get your idea modelled — and once you have a file, the rest is easy. Contact us with what you’ve got.

How strong will my custom part be?

It depends on material and geometry. Nylon and ABS handle serious mechanical loads; PLA is stiff but more brittle; TPU flexes. Tell us how the part will be used and we’ll steer you right.

Can you copy a part I already have?

If you can measure it and model it, we can print it. Note we can’t reproduce parts that infringe someone else’s design rights — but replacements for your own equipment are usually fine.
