When a mould makes no sense, print the batch

Injection moulding gets cheap at ten thousand parts — and painful at a hundred. If you need dozens or hundreds of a part, 3D printing skips the tooling entirely: your CAD file is the tooling. That means you can change the design between batches for free, and reorder exactly what you sold instead of warehousing stock.

We print small batches across PLA, ABS, ASA, TPU and Nylon, with every part from the run checked against the first-off before it ships.

What batch sizes make sense for 3D printing?

Anywhere from 10 to around 500 parts is the sweet spot, depending on part size. Beyond that we’ll give you an honest steer on whether moulding starts to win — sometimes it does, and we’d rather tell you than print it anyway.

Will every part in the batch be identical?

Yes — parts in a run are printed with the same machine settings and material batch, and we check parts against the first-off during the run.

Can you hold my file for repeat orders?

Absolutely. Once you’ve ordered, reordering the same part is as simple as dropping us a message — same file, same settings, same price basis.

How do I get a price for a batch?
