The detail
Hardware is hard. Printing shouldn’t be.
Every hardware startup faces the same wall: you need physical product to raise money and win customers, but tooling costs assume you already have both. Additive manufacturing is the workaround — real parts, real materials, real customers, all before you commit to a mould.
We’ve worked with the full arc: rough early prototypes, polished demo units, pilot runs for first customers, and bridge production while tooling is cut. Wherever you are on that arc, the next step starts with an upload.
Demo-day ready
Crisp, well-finished parts for the demos and photos that raise rounds and win pre-orders.
Grow into your volumes
Order 10 units, then 50, then 200 — production that scales with traction, not forecasts.
Your IP stays yours
Files are never shared, and we’re happy to sign NDAs before you send anything sensitive.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Can you help us decide if our design is printable?
Yes — every uploaded file gets a printability review, and we’ll flag thin walls, difficult overhangs or features that will drive up cost. Ask for design-for-printing feedback in your quote comments.
We need parts for a trade show in a fortnight. Possible?
Very likely — tell us the date in your quote request and we’ll confirm what’s achievable before you commit. Express options exist for exactly this.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it over via the contact page before uploading anything you’d rather keep quiet.
When should we move from printing to injection moulding?
When your per-unit volumes make tooling pay — usually well into the thousands. Until then, printing keeps your cash in the business. We’ll give you an honest read on the crossover for your specific part.
