The detail
Manufacturing that scales down as well as up
Traditional manufacturing punishes small numbers: minimum order quantities, tooling amortisation, and unit prices that only look good at volumes you can’t sell yet. Additive manufacturing flips that. Your first unit and your five-hundredth cost roughly the same, so you can launch, learn and grow without betting the budget on stock.
We work with hardware startups, niche product businesses and engineering firms who need real parts in real materials — ABS and ASA for housings, Nylon for mechanical loads, TPU where flex matters.
Launch sooner
Go from approved design to sellable stock in days, then scale the numbers as demand proves out.
Flat unit economics
No tooling to amortise means small quantities aren’t penalised. Pay for parts, not setup.
Iterate in production
Fix a weak point or add a feature mid-production run — the next parts just print the new version.
How it works
From STL to doorstep in four steps
No email chains, no waiting for a sales rep. Upload, configure, and your parts go straight onto the print queue.
Upload your model
Drop an STL, OBJ or ZIP straight into the builder — up to 100MB. Your file stays private.
Choose material & colour
Pick from PLA, ABS, ASA, TPU or Nylon and see your part rendered live in 3D.
Get your price
An instant estimate based on your part’s actual geometry — plus a firm quote confirmed by a real engineer.
We print & ship
Every part is checked before dispatch and shipped anywhere in the UK, with express options when it’s urgent.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Is 3D printing really good enough for end-use parts?
For a huge range of products, yes. Materials like ABS, ASA and Nylon are the same polymers used in injection moulding, and we’ll advise on orientation and design so printed parts perform in service.
What volumes can you handle?
From single figures up to hundreds of parts per order. If your volumes outgrow printing, we’ll say so — and you’ll have a proven design to take to a moulder.
Can you match a specific colour or finish?
We stock a range of colours per material and can source others. Tell us what you need in the comments when you request your quote and we’ll confirm options and pricing.
How do reorders work?
We keep your file and settings on record. Message us with the quantity and we’ll confirm price and lead time — usually the same day.
