The detail
The bridge between “designed” and “mass-produced”
Injection mould tooling takes weeks to cut and locks your design the moment you sign off. Bridge production fills that gap: we print sellable parts from day one, so you can ship to customers, gather feedback, and even tweak the design — while the steel is still being machined.
It’s equally powerful with no mould on order: print to demand, hold zero stock, and let real sales decide when (or whether) hard tooling makes sense.
Bridge to tooling
Ship product during the mould lead time, and launch with revenue instead of a stock gamble.
Test the market
Sell real units before committing capital. If the design needs to change, it costs nothing to change it.
Absorb demand spikes
Seasonal surge or viral moment? Scale print volume up and back down without warehouse pain.

FAQ
Questions, answered
How does bridge production actually work?
You send us the same CAD you’re tooling up for. We print sellable batches on a rolling schedule while your mould is made, then hand over cleanly when moulded parts arrive — no minimums, stop anytime.
Will printed parts match my eventual moulded parts?
Closely, with honest caveats: surface finish and some tolerances differ between processes. We’ll flag any differences that matter for your part so customers never notice the switch.
What quantities work for on-demand production?
Typically tens to low hundreds per batch, on whatever cadence you need — weekly, monthly, or when orders land. Upload your part with a quantity to see the economics instantly.
Can you hold stock for us?
Our model is print-to-order, which is rather the point — but for regular repeat schedules we can discuss buffer arrangements. Get in touch with your volumes.
